Le'a Tupola   President/Executive Director leatupola@kuponoui.com   At the age of 23 and with almost 10 years experience in the pageant industry, Le’a Tupola has become a respected pageant director and coach in Hawaii and the South Pacific. Le’a was involved with the Miss Hawaii Organization for 5 years where he served as the Executive Director of the Miss Molokai Organization, Pageant Coach for his cousin Halialani Parish-Miss Hawaii’s Outstanding Teen 2008 and Travel Coordinator for Napua Salbedo- Miss Hawaii’s Outstanding Teen 2009. He recently served as pageant coach for Briana Garrido who captured the title of Miss Hawaii’s Outstanding Teen 2011 and Marissa Petsas who placed 1st Runner Up in Miss Hawaii USA 2012. Le'a is also involved as a committe member for the Miss Hawaii USA and Miss East O'ahu/Miss Kahala Scholarship Organizations. He is the owner of Kupono U’i Productions- an independent Pageant Consultation Company and producer of the Hawaii National Teenager and Polynesia International Pageants. In light of all that, Le’a is employed at Turtle Bay Resort and also enjoys serving his community as a volunteer for the American Heart Association’s GO RED for Women Campaign, Island Air’s Explorers Program, the Hawaii Food Bank and Hawaii’s Ready to Learn Annual School Supply Drive.

	Photo by Paul Hayashi. Crystal Ewa Allen Associate Director info@kuponoui.com Crystal Ewa Allen serves as the Associate Director of Kupono U’i Productions. Crystal was born and raised on the island of O’ahu and is a proud graduate of Waipahu High School’s class of 2002. She currently resides in Makakilo, O’ahu with her husband Jeff. Aside from her duties with Kupono U’i, Crystal is also a full-time flight attendant with Hawaiian Airlines. She is also a member of the Island Air Promotions team, participating in school career fairs all across Honolulu and is also involved in Island Air Aircraft & Hangar tours for young children. Crystal is also served as the Committee Chairperson for the 2010 Island Air Explorers program-a 10 week program for students between the ages of 14-20 who are interested in aviation.  Crystal has been a part of the Kupono U’i ‘ohana for 3 years now and is looking forward to many more successful years to come. She enjoys singing, dancing and hanging with co-board members Le’a and Cory.

Cory Lono Kohler Business Manager/Executive Board Memeber info@kuponoui.com Cory Kohler serves as Business Manager for Kupono U’i Productions.  A local girl from Kaneohe , Oahu, Cory is a graduate of Castle High School and the University of Phoenix where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing & Management. She has been working for Hawai’i ’s inter-island airlines since 1991 in various capacities including airport operations, market planning, inventory control, and revenue management.  Cory is responsible for maintaining Island Air’s reservations database as well as schedule planning.  She serves as Executive Officer for Island Air’s student Explorers program and is a member of Island Air’s promotions team.  Cory has served as a judge in the Miss Lana’i Scholarship Pageant, a preliminary to Miss Hawai’i , in the Miss America Organization.  Her personal time is spent on the beach, reading, and riding her motorcycle on weekends.
