America’s National Teenager promotes strong scholastic ideals, solid leadership principles and high character growth to young women. All National and State winners are awarded scholarships and the opportunity to serve as positive role models to teens across America. ANTSO holds to the highest standards of quality and integrity and conducts all competitions in a fair and unbiased manner. America’s National Teenager is recognized as one of the longest running, most prestigious female teen scholarship pageant competition awarding nearly $5 million in scholarships annually. ANTSO is proud to offer glamour, service, scholarship and style to all its competitors.

Pageant F.A.Q's:

Is there an entry fee?:

Yes. The entry fee is $395.00 (USD) plus a $25.00 (USD) application fee. All contestants will also be required to sell a minimum of (2) full page ad's for our pageant souvenir program book and a minimum of 15 tickets to the final night of competition.

What does my entry fee cover?:

Kupono U'i produces high quality events which requires us to charge a small entry fee. The entry fee in it's entirety goes to cover production costs to ensure a memorable experience for our contestants. Upon receipt of entry fee contestant will receive:

*Official preliminary Sash- embroidered with "Miss (title of your choice) National (Jr) Teenager 2012". (Example Miss Oahu National Teenager 2012)

*Official Photo Shoot for pageant program book with pageant photographer Paul Hayashi

*Pre-pageant Training Classes

*Most Meals during pageant week

Do you have to be from Hawaii to qualify?:

Residential Requirements require contestants to either be physically living in Hawaii for a minimum of 6 months.

What are the age requirements?:

Jr Teen Division: Age 13 to 15 as of August 1, 2012

Sr Teen Division: Age 16 to 18 as of August 1, 2012

Other requirements for Contestants:

*Must be a naturally born female

*Must be of good moral character

*Some knowledge of Hawaii's Culture

*Single, never married

*Never given birth to a child

Phases of competition:

My School (Academic Achievement) 15%
My Activities (School/Community Involvement) 15%
Interview 30%
Poise and Personality in Evening Wear 15%
Personal Expression 15%
Public Speaking 10%

***Optional Talent and Speech competitions offered at a nominal fee at state and national level pageants.***
